We find, screen and place Filipino administrative, bookkeeping and customer support staff with Australian businesses — working your hours, not a night shift.
Most offshore staffing means a team working through the night to cover your day. Not here. The Philippines runs on UTC+8 all year and does not observe daylight saving — which puts your assistant in your working day, live.
An assistant starting at 7am in Manila is at their desk before your east-coast office opens. No overnight handover, no waiting until tomorrow for an answer — and because it is a normal daytime job, good people stay in it.
We stay deliberately inside the work that can be done well from anywhere. We will tell you plainly when a role is better kept in Australia.
Inbox and calendar, scheduling, quoting, data entry, CRM upkeep, order processing, job coordination.
Xero and MYOB data work, accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, reconciliations, payroll preparation — supporting your BAS agent, not replacing them.
Email and live chat first, phone where it fits. E-commerce support, order enquiries, booking and appointment coordination.
B2B appointment setting, lead research and list building, CRM administration, follow-up sequences.
Property management assistance, trust accounting support, listing administration, tenant correspondence.
Social media scheduling, content preparation, reporting, basic design and website updates.
One person, dedicated to you, working your hours. Not a shared pool and not a ticket queue.
Most agencies will not tell you what anything costs until you sit through a sales call. Here is ours.
A full-time assistant, 40 hours a week, working your business hours. Specialist roles such as bookkeeping and property trust support start higher. Part-time arrangements are available from half that.
For comparison: administration and bookkeeping roles are currently advertised across Australia at $30–$45 an hour. At $35 an hour, one full-time hire costs roughly A$6,400 a month once superannuation is included.
No setup fee. No lock-in contract. We invoice monthly in advance and you can stop with 30 days' notice.
A short call, or just send us the job ad you are already running. We will tell you honestly whether it suits an offshore hire.
We source candidates, set them a written task from your actual work, and check references. Usually within a week.
You meet them on video and pick. If none of them are right, you pay nothing and we go again.
Begin with a short paid trial on a defined scope of work. If it is not working, you stop.
That everything can be offshored. It cannot.
Roles that need an Australian licence or registration — a registered BAS agent lodging returns, a licensed property manager, a credit adviser — have to stay with someone in Australia. We can support those people; we cannot replace them.
The same goes for work involving sensitive health or legal records, and for anything that needs someone physically in the room. If you ask us for one of those, we will say so rather than sell you a placement that will fail.
Send us the role you are hiring for. We will come back with three screened candidates, their expected cost in Australian dollars, and the hours they would work in your time zone. There is no charge for this and no obligation to hire.
